FAQ SHIPPING 

How long does it take to process an order?  

Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed and packed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, however during busy periods eg. Sales please allow up to 5 business days. 

 

What about shipping? 

Currently we ship only to Australia, New Zealand & Tasmania. Our store ships from New South Wales, Australia so if you are located in NSW you will receive your items faster than if overseas.

We ship using Australia Post & AusPost quotes their shipping times as the following:

Standard Parcel Post

Same State: 2-4 business days 

Interstate: 3-6 business days. 

Express Post Parcels

Same State: 1-2 business days 

Interstate: 1-3 business days 


How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email & another email once your order is shipped and the second email will include your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking to become available and check ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ mail folders prior to contacting us about no tracking email.

If you haven’t received your order within the time frame stated dependant on your location please email us at emvyxboutique@outlook.com with your name & order number so we can look into the issue and resolve promptly.
